1. What are your candles made of?

Our candles are hand-poured in Singapore using clean 100% coconut–soy wax which is paraffin free & soot free... just cozy café vibes.

We use high-quality essential oils, and a natural wooden wick that gives a gentle fireplace crackle when lit, adding an extra cozy home cafe feel. 

2. How long do your candles burn?

• Our candles are 200 g and burn for approximately 35-45 hours

• Burn times may vary slightly depending on room airflow and candle care

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship from Singapore to many international countries.
Shipping fees are calculated based on weight at checkout. Estimated shipping times are available here.

4. Do you offer gifting?

Yes, each candle comes thoughtfully packaged with a box, card and drawstring bag. 

If you’re sending a gift, you can leave a note at checkout and we’ll indicate their name on the card.

5. How do your candles smell like? 

We specialise in creating specialty candles that smell like the café drink they are named after, and look like it too.

Each scent is blended to capture the familiar creamy, tea, or fruity notes you would experience in a real home café moment.

6. How do I get the best burn?

A candle care card is included with every order ♡

7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

For safety reasons, candles are not returnable once used.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours via our contact form or or DM us here and we’ll make it right.

8. Can I change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we’ll do our best to help.
